Refund policy

OVERVIEW At LANGCCI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is operated by CURAZEN INC. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
SECTION 1 - 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our products. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Limit: This guarantee is limited to one (1) opened or unopened item per product type per customer.
  • Multiple Items: If you purchased multiple units of the same product, only one unit may be opened. All additional units must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: The original shipping and handling charges (including the $4.00 standard shipping fee) are non-refundable.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@langcci.com.
  • Evidence Required: We require clear photo evidence of the damaged item and the original shipping box/packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged portion of your order at no additional cost to you.
SECTION 3 - RETURN PROCESS & AUTHORIZATION (RMA) To ensure your return is processed accurately, you must follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process:
  1. Email support@langcci.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SECTION 4 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS Except in cases where we have shipped the wrong item or the item is defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. CURAZEN INC. does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SECTION 5 - REFUNDS PROCESSING We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
